ya know, Gwennie, I'd never heard of the Stage of Change. reading them gave me such a huge sense of relief. that's all of MY type-A, lofty goals weren't achieved because of laziness or any fault of mine. it's because change takes a whole lot of time, intention and the ability to start again. love you so much.
